3. Platform Use & Limitations

KiritiAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational and preparation purposes. You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service or its endpoints.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or materials that disrupt the system architecture.
• Attempt to scrape, bulk-download, or harvest interview questions, quiz models, or system evaluations.

4. User Content & AI Processing Consent

You retain all rights to any resume, credentials, or responses you upload or provide during mock interviews ("User Content"). However, by uploading User Content, you grant KiritiAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, replicate, and transmit such content solely to provide the Service.

You explicitly acknowledge that your content (including resumes, voice transcripts, and evaluation parameters) is processed by secure third-party artificial intelligence engines to provide evaluations, personalized questions, and quiz materials.

5. Subscription Plans and Fees

While certain features of KiritiAI are offered free of charge, access to advanced capabilities may require premium subscriptions. Subscriptions, charges, billing cycles, and refund processes are subject to terms made available on our billing pages. We reserve the right to modify pricing or offer structure at any time. Any changes will become effective upon notice to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USING THE SERVICE WILL GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS IN REAL-WORLD INTERVIEWS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KIRITIAI OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
